Salon Policies
To ensure a seamless and elevated experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking.
Bookings
All appointments must be secured with a deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable and go towards your final service.
Appointments are to be made via our online booking system.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows may require full payment before booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure the full service can be completed.
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled, with the deposit forfeited.
Refill Policy
Refill appointments are recommended within 2–3 weeks of your initial set.
A minimum of 40–50% lash retention is required for a refill.
Appointments outside this timeframe or with insufficient retention will be booked as a full set.
Appointment Preparation
For best results, please arrive with clean lashes, free from makeup, oils, and residue.
Avoid caffeine prior to your appointment to ensure maximum comfort.
Aftercare
Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining your lashes and achieving optimal retention.
We are not responsible for premature lash loss due to improper aftercare or external factors.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable.
If you experience any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and provide a suitable solution where appropriate.
Allergies & Sensitivities
If you have sensitive eyes or a history of allergies, we recommend booking a patch test prior to your appointment.
While we use high-quality products, we are not liable for allergic reactions.
Guests & Children
To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary, including but not limited to hygiene concerns, contraindications, or repeated policy breaches.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all salon policies.
